Coach Megan
  • Personal:  Mom to four college graduates – three girls and a boy.  All of her kids rowed for Miami Rowing Club where she was very involved and chaired the Youth Committee.  She not only coaches but performs many other tasks from securing hotels to getting us apparel.  She is very much into cross training and uses her knowledge to create fun workouts for the girls.
  • Rowing:  Has been competing as a Master Rower for over ten years.  Earned four top three finishes including one Gold at World Masters in 2018.  Placed 1st and 2nd at the last Hooch she attended in 2016 and often wins at the state level. Was a Varsity rower in high school and college.  Has competed at the Head of the Charles, Dad Vails, SIRA’s, Canadian Henley and many other regattas.

Coach Mokha
  • Personal:  Married with two kids – a son entering college and a daughter in middle school.  Grew up in the Philadelphia area and has been involved in Rowing ever since he began coxswaining in high school.
  • Rowing:  Has extensive experience in many different capacities and has medaled at prestigious regattas including Henley, NCAAs, the San Diego Crew Classic and many other national level championships.  In college, he was a varsity coxswain at Temple where his boats won Vails twice and medaled at the IRAs.  After college, he went on to cox the Men’s Lightweight 8 at Worlds on the United States National Team for three years.  After coxing, he took up coaching at the junior, collegiate, national and international levels competing all over the United States and in several different countries.  He has had success with every team with whom he has been involved and has received ACRA West Region Coach of the Year, CRCA National Coach of the Year and Sunshine State Conference Coach of the Year Awards.  He recently coached the Indian Army Rowing Team to their highest ever finish at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio and for the past two years, he has enjoyed coaching Florida high school athletes to success at States, Regionals and Nationals.
Coach Kathy
  • Personal:  Married with two daughters – a junior in high school and a college sophomore.  Worked as an accountant before getting involved in volunteer work.  Has always been involved with youth organizations including being a Girl Scout Leader for eight years.  Handles the administrative side for our team and fits some coaching in too.
  • Rowing:  Has been competing as a Master Rower for the last 10 years.  Earned four top three finishes including one Gold at World Masters in 2018.  Placed 1st and 2nd at the last Hooch she attended in 2016 and often wins at the state level.  Also competes at Southern Sprints – medaling in her age category.  Team Captain in high school and college.  Has also competed at the Head of the Charles, Dad Vails, SIRAs, Canadian Henley and many other regattas.
